The Asturias Paraíso Natural International Cheese Festival is specially prepared to offer high sanitary security conditions, since its venue, the Oviedo Exhibition & Congress Centre, has high ceilings, as well as a ventilation system, which renews the circulating air 3 times every hour.
In addition, during the days dedicated to the celebration of the Festival (3, 4, 5, 6 November) a series of sanitary protocols will be applied to maximize the safety of the attendees.

- Interpersonal distance control.
- Temperature control.
- Gel dispensers throughout the enclosure.
- Screens at attention points.
- Cleaning protocols adapted to guarantee disinfection.
- Capacity control.
- Adaptation of the tasting areas to current regulations.
- Areas with ample ventilation, no air recirculation and filtration systems.
- Differentiation of entrances and exits and widening of corridors.
