PARTICIPANTS

Asturias is recognized as the region of the 50 cheeses; It has four Denominations of Origin and a Protected Geographical Indication. And in 2020-21 the region, and the city of Oviedo will witness a unique opportunity in which Asturias will become one with all the international varieties of cheeses that will participate in the International Cheese Festival 2021.
