The contest will evaluate the process through which the final product has been obtained; that is to say, the technological challenges overcome, the contribution of the master cheesemaker, the business trajectory or its innovative nature. Ultimately, it is about making known the richness and uniqueness of the new era in which the national cheese sector is immersed.
This final will be held on May 14 at 4:00 p.m. within the framework of the Feria de la Ascensión, specifically, on the Renfe de Oviedo platform on Samuel Sánchez street.
