The festival will feature various exhibition areas for all types of agri-food and service sector organizations and companies.

ARENA:

This area will be located around the WCA Arena on the main floor of the CEFC. Public and private entities, as well as national and international agri-food and service companies, will have the opportunity to showcase their origins, values, and purpose.

BOULEVARD:

This area will be located on the first floor of the CEFC. Intended for agri-food companies with premium, high-value-added products, it will host producers and distributors of gourmet products that complement cheese, such as oils, pickles, cured meats, cereals, olives, wine, preserves, nuts, and more.

HALL:

Located on the first floor of the CEFC, this space will house public entities and organizations from diverse backgrounds, with a central area dedicated to Gusto del Sur, the festival’s host brand. A space where the values ​​and roots of certified foods will be showcased, along with their importance in building an economically viable future and their necessity for feeding the future.
