The ICF 2026 will host the third edition of the Dairy and Cheese Innovation Forum; a forum for debating, proposing, sharing, and experiencing science through presentations of projects from cheese dairies and livestock farms, accounts of the unique characteristics of different cheeses, new technological developments, new forms of certification, and more.

This forum will include various thematic sessions with presentations focused on the potential to drive a scientific, technological, economic, and social revolution in the food sector through cheese.
